There is a payment of £5.00 for postage and packaging, this will automatically be added onto your order, regardless of the size or amount of items you have.

If there are any issues regarding your payment, an organiser will contact you. ALL PACKAGES ARE SENT IN PLAIN ENVELOPES. They do NOT display any Ann Summers signs or logo's.

We do not refund postage paid by customers for returned items that are faulty, broken or for exchange.
