We do not offer refunds on any products, however in the unlikely event that lingerie items are unwanted/do not fit, they can be exchanged up to 28 days from delivery. The item must be returned in the same condition that you received them.

DVD’s are non returnable, for hygiene reasons stockings, vibrators, creams, oils and lotions are also non-returnable once the sealed packaging has been opened, unless the goods fail to comply with the Sales of Goods Act, an exchange can be given.

We do not refund postage paid by customers for returned items that are faulty, broken or for exchange.
